📦 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🚚 Shipping Time
- Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
- Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
🌍 Shipping Methods

Shesobella is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

Shesobella is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
📷 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
