At Shesobella, we’re committed to getting your hair products to you quickly and safely. Below is our standard shipping policy outlining delivery timeframes, processing, and shipping details.





📦 Processing Time



  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.






🚚 Shipping Time



  • Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
  • Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.



Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.





🌍 Shipping Methods



  • All orders are shipped via [USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL].
  • We currently ship within the US and Worldwide.






📮 Shipping Rates



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (e.g., Free shipping on orders over $200). 






⚠️ Shipping Delays



While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to:


  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays (especially during holidays or peak seasons)



Shesobella is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.





📫 Incorrect Addresses



Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shesobella is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.





📷 Lost or Damaged Packages



If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Email us at Info@shesobella.com with your order number and photos (if damaged).
    We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
